Claiming to be amongst the best is a difficult claim in a country that prides itself in building
excellence so we aren't making this claim lightly. Following on from a third place nationally in
the House of the Year 1997; we gained a New Zealand first place in the Master Builder House of the
Year in 2001, in the 'alteration' category. We continue to enter prize winning houses into these
awards so we ensure we always remain at the top of our field. After collecting two Silver and one
Bronze medal plus two Category winners in the 2004 House of the Year, we topped winning Gold,
Category and Gold Reserve medals in the 2005 awards.
